Account & Data Deletion
You can request permanent deletion of your REMAP.club account and associated personal data at any time. REMAP.club is operated by REMAP.club, Brazil.
1. In the mobile app (recommended)
If you still have the app installed, deletion is immediate: open Profile › Settings › Delete Account and confirm. Your account is closed right away and the data below is erased on the schedule described.
2. On the web (no app required)
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us from the address registered to your account and we will process the deletion for you. You do not need to reinstall the app.
REQUEST DELETION BY EMAILDeleted within 30 days
- Account credentials, name, email and date of birth
- Vehicle garage, technical specs, modifications and photos
- Location history and event check-in records
- Push notification device tokens (Expo and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging)
- Posts are unlinked from your profile and chat messages are replaced with a “message removed” marker
Retained under legal obligations
- Access logs (IP, date and time) for a minimum of 6 months, as required by Brazil’s Internet Civil Framework (Law 12.965/2014)
- Payment and transaction records for the applicable tax and financial retention period
- Reports filed by or against you, including internal moderation notes, for security and moderation history
- For accounts closed for rule violations, a minimal moderation record including an irreversible (hashed) email, to prevent banned accounts being recreated (LGPD legitimate interest)
